First Office Visit

$30.00 per application

Note: Laser Therapy visits are $30.00 per area of application. After your very first office visit fee & first laser application, your follow up laser visits do not include an office visit fee. You only pay $30.00 per application.

Counseling (Individual & Marriage Counseling) sessions are $50.00

Payment is expected when services are rendered. If you are making an 'in office' appointment, you will pay for services in our office.

Insurance is not accepted as this time.

Please note that there is a charge when appointment cancellations aren't given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

Testing Services

Please ask about our testing services, depending on your particular needs.

Lab costs range from $55-$175.
