Initial consultation & visit is $120.00.
Standard office visits are $60.00.
Laser Therapy visits are $20.00.
Counseling only visits are $50.00.
Tests are priced individually as noted below and are non-profit to our office.

Payment is expected when services are rendered.

Our office accepts major credit cards through a secure server. We do offer you the convenience to pay online if you are seeing us online. If you are seeing us at our office, you can bring your credit card, check or cash payment with you.
